Downloaded direct from the AppStore. I just installed it on my own MacBook Pro and it works perfectly.
Please run all your System Updates before running the installer to ensure the best possible experience. It takes about 15-20 minutes to do the initially additional downloads and then automatically restarts directly into setup. It is an in-place upgrade, but I do recommend backing up anything important just in case there is a problem.
